About Us

La Lluna London is a vibrant Spanish restaurant in the heart of Muswell Hill, serving authentic tapas, paellas, premium meats, Spanish wines, sangrias and handcrafted cocktails. Our bar is a key part of the experience, lively, welcoming and full of Spanish flavour.

We are now looking for an energetic and passionate Bartender to join our team.

The Role

As a Bartender at La Lluna, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional drinks and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere. From perfectly mixed cocktails to beautifully presented sangrias and Spanish wines, you'll play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience.

This is a fast paced role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Drinks Preparation

• Prepare and serve cocktails, sangrias, wines, beers and soft drinks to high standards
• Maintain consistency in presentation and taste
• Recommend drinks to complement our Spanish dishes
• Ensure efficient service during busy periods

Customer Experience

• Provide friendly and engaging service at the bar
• Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Manage takeaway drink collections when required

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
• Follow licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidate
• Confident cocktail making skills
• Passion for hospitality and great service
• High energy and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Spanish speaking is an advantage
