About Us
La Lluna London is a vibrant Spanish restaurant in the heart of Muswell Hill, serving authentic tapas, paellas, premium meats, Spanish wines, sangrias and cocktails. We pride ourselves on warm hospitality, energetic service and creating memorable dining experiences.
We're now looking for an enthusiastic Waitress who can occasionally support as a Host (Front of House) to join our team and help deliver outstanding service.
The Role
As a Waitress at La Lluna, you will play a key role in creating a fantastic dining experience for our guests. You'll provide friendly, attentive service, ensure orders are delivered smoothly and help maintain the lively atmosphere our restaurant is known for.
You will also occasionally support the Host position, welcoming guests, assisting with reservations and helping manage the flow of the restaurant during busy periods.
This is a fast paced, energetic role where strong communication, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide friendly and attentive table service
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
Hosting Support
- Welcome and seat guests when required
- Assist with managing reservations and walk ins
- Help coordinate waiting lists during busy periods
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and looked after from arrival
Team Support
- Work closely with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist colleagues during busy periods
- Help coordinate takeaway collections when needed
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming front of house environment
Environment
